Our experience with building our new home with Brooks was just fantastic! I never thought I would say building a house was fun but it actually was! Brooks is so easy going and willing to do whatever you want that stress is just nonexistent. We were on quite a tight schedule as we needed to be in by a certain date and we moved in on that date - which from speaking with others - is quite a miracle in itself. One of the best things was that he was always available. He was on site practically every day and always answers his cell or returns your calls promptly. And another great asset was his ability to help us find ways to get what we wanted as economically as possible. We unfortunately had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ike only three months after we moved in and Brooks was there the next day putting a tarp on the roof and had the repairs completed within a month. Since moving in he has been very accessible and willing to have any problems remedied expediently.
